We stayed in a hotel located in the centre of Sultanahmet area, allowing easy access to all the best sightseeing places. the room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful and hot shower. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing coffee and tea facilities upon our request. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including olives and feta. the hotel had a beautiful view of the Bosphorus from the top floor.
The hotel did not have an outside seating or hangout area.

Area is next to the sites like the blue mosque within 10 minutes walk. One could dine at restaurants such as babylonia garden terrace 5 minutes away...

Personnel was very attentive and friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable and even had a small balcony. The location was excellent, Breakfast was fresh
The street is full of life and therefore noisy. The rooms lack proper sound insulation, so people having difficulty to sleep or who want to get into bed early should probably choose a different hotel. General Hotel condition was a bit run-down, but nothing overly critical.

Had an amazing time at a hotel in a great location! the room was clean and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and a lovely balcony. the breakfast spread was delicious with a range of options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel is located near many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel offered a shuttle service which was very convenient.
The noise from the surrounding area could be a bit disruptive at times with music playing late at night. the bathroom was a little small and basic but still functional.

The room was nicely decorated.
Room 301 - No balcony, but balcony advertised for this room. - Bath and toilet had water leaks, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet. - Bath screen (glass) has wheel, for sliding track, missing on RH panel. This allows the screen door to detach at top and come off the track. - Refridgerator did not work (yes, it was plugged in to power and I checked that power outlet worked) - Hairdryer in bathroom only had 30cm power cord (so was not useable) and was connected to the back of a power outlet in a dangerous way. These were the most abvious problems, Zeugma Hotel seems to have not had basic maintenace on some issues. This is a shame as it has much character and could be a nice hotel. My profession is an engineer,

Excellent location, 5 min walk to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. It's located in a street that is highly populated with hotel/restaurant/shopping - the plus is it's easy to go places and do things - at tourist rates, the down is if you have a street facing room, it may not be as quiet. A good breakfast selection served up on the 3rd floor covered terrace.
No elevator, so your initial walk up with luggage can be tiring.

The breakfast was great with delicious Turkish food and hot drinks. The hotel had a nice view of the city with many sightseeing spots in walking distance. The staff was friendly and ready to help with anything.
The room was very small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also not clean and smelled bad.

Location, Internet connection very good, quite hotel when I stayed.
Size of the suite was too small, it is basicly room not a suite. The information given in Booked.net was not accurate for the size of the size of the room, pictures was for another suite bigger size. They should be accurate, I paid extra money to get bigger size room but I get very small room.

Great breakfasts and service, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, excellent location for getting down to the Marmara or up to the Sultan Ahmet sites. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Crafts Bazar, Mosaic Museum, tram stop and train station, seaside, many nice little restaurants and shops are all within 5-10 minutes walk. Highly recommended.

The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city's major sights. I loved that it was just down the street from some of the most popular monuments in this city. The staff members were extremely polite and always willing to provide helpful information. Plus, the hotel facilities were great!
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Rooms are large, clean and confortable. The furniture is OK. Very close to the Blue Mosque.
The breakfast was neither included nor possible even upon request. The hotel is located in a street so narrow that the taxis hardly can pass through it: so, if you travel with a heavy luggage, you have to be prepared to carry it by yourself uphill, because no taxi will reach you.

the staff was nice, they cleaned the room every day changing towels and bed sheets, breakfast was ok. The hotel is very well located.
The room and bathroom were very small, there was no fridge in the room, there was a "wall view" from the window. Supperficially cleaned(there was dust under the bed, in the bathroom corners a.s.o)

Good little hotel, well situated in the centre maybe surounded by too many other hotels and little loud in the evening with the bars outside under our window. The room was clean and spacious, good buffet breakfast and the staff was helpful and polite. In overall its a pleasant place to stay at, good value for money.
